This role fits an experienced Area Manager with strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning skills to ensure contracts are met and performance exceeds expectations while driving growth. You will manage daily site operations, train staff, maintain safety and quality, and collaborate with clients and recruiters to align resources with contract scope.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a team lead or similar managerial role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong budgeting and operations planning skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and evaluate staff across sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at multiple locations to meet contract scope.
• Ensure world-class customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Provide training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain equipment, source supplies, and manage budgets per contract.
• Coordinate with clients, recruiters, and suppliers to align resources.
• Conduct on-site inspections and address issues promptly.
• Monitor staffing levels and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Attend meetings to discuss updates and opportunities.
