Job summary

The Digital Logistic Management Corporation seeks a Janitorial / Custodial Supervisor Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple Seattle-area sites. This full-time role is semi-remote, with scheduled site visits to inspect work and coordinate with site supervisors.

You will lead custodial teams, train staff, manage schedules and supplies, ensure safety and quality, and communicate with clients and building managers to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of janitorial, custodial, or facility cleaning experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing multiple employees or multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, and safety practices.
• Ability to lead, train, and hold employees accountable.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently from home while visiting sites as needed.
• Basic computer skills, including email, reports, scheduling, and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support custodial staff and site supervisors.
• Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure work is completed properly.
• Train, coach, and guide employees on cleaning procedures, safety, and company standards.
• Conduct site visits and quality inspections.
• Handle employee scheduling, attendance, performance, and basic disciplinary matters.
• Communicate with clients, building managers, and internal leadership.
• Order and manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA safety standards, and custodial best practices.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Track operational needs, expenses, and staffing requirements.
