Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships with a positive customer service orientation.
• Serve as main point-of-contact for client liaisons; meet regularly to confirm quality standards and resolve service issues.
• Provide leadership and support; be available for emergency and off-hour support.
• Promote safety culture; train staff on PPE and safe movement practices.
• Plan and assign work schedules to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
• Ensure timely responses to client-reported emergency cleaning situations.
• Train staff on building and property security protocols; ABM cleaning methods and non-standard protocols.
• Train staff to safely handle cleaning supplies/chemicals and maintain SDS/OSHA compliance.
• Train staff on safe operation of cleaning equipment; manage Site janitorial and Porter staff.
• Monitor timekeeping for adherence to schedules and policy.
• Look for opportunities to increase revenue with additional billable work.
• Arrange staff substitutions or perform work when absences could delay contracted work.
