Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Construction Manager - West Division for a remote US-based role overseeing construction planning and execution across multiple sites. The position ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with quality, while coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Construction Manager - West Division to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will oversee construction planning and execution across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with business priorities. The Construction Manager will coordinate closely with internal teams, contractors, and external partners to drive quality, compliance, and efficient project delivery. This position also plays a key role in managing bidding, contract execution, and communication across stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Negotiate construction activities and establish project terms and schedules

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Innovative, team-centric collaborator with strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CAD, Excel, and Word
• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time
