Job summary

The Atlantic District in Stroudsburg, PA seeks a motivated Multi-line Insurance Agent to serve neighbors and local businesses. You will build trusted relationships by identifying coverage needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

You will manage home, auto, and life policies, document interactions in our system, and collaborate with underwriters to secure competitive rates. A commitment to community outreach and achieving sales goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed to sell Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life, Accident, and Health insurance.
• At least two years of direct insurance sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to identify their specific coverage needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Evaluate current policies and recommend adjustments that ensure complete protection for our clients.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of home, auto, and life insurance accounts with a focus on retention.
• Document client interactions and update policy information accurately within our management system.
• Participate in local community outreach to build brand awareness and meaningful professional connections.
• Collaborate with our underwriting partners to resolve complex policy questions and secure competitive rates.
