Ideal candidates hold CT Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, with 3+ years in insurance sales and proficiency in MS Office and agency management systems. Mon-Fri schedule with PTO and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Connecticut Property & Casualty license.
• Connecticut Life & Health license.
• Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized insurance portfolios that provide genuine security for families and businesses.
• Educate clients on complex insurance products, breaking down details into simple, actionable language.
• Identify gaps in existing coverage and suggest meaningful additions that protect what matters most to our clients.
• Manage a consistent pipeline of new prospects through community involvement and networking.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions within our database.
• Collaborate with the broader team to refine our sales processes and improve our local outreach efforts.
