Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations to identify potential gaps in a client's coverage and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of policies, including home, auto, life, and business insurance products.
• Provide clear explanations of complex coverage terms, ensuring every client feels confident in their protection.
• Network within the local community to build lasting professional connections and expand our reach in Hartford.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our internal systems.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay sharp on industry regulations and product updates.

Requirements

• Valid Connecticut Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• At least two years of experience in consultative sales or a related client-facing role.
• Deep familiarity with insurance coverage types and policy structures.
• Confidence in managing a sales pipeline and tracking customer outreach.
• Ability to work effectively in our Hartford office Monday through Friday.
• Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management systems.
