Applicants should hold CT Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, have 3+ years of insurance sales experience, and be proficient with MS Office and agency management systems.

Qualifications

• Connecticut Property & Casualty license.
• Connecticut Life & Health license.
• 3+ years of professional experience in insurance sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with agency-based insurance operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized insurance portfolios that provide genuine security for families and businesses.
• Educate clients on complex insurance products, breaking down details into simple, actionable language.
