Job summary

Walden University is seeking a Field Experience Coordinator to work with students and field instructors to secure placements. The role reports to the Academic Program Coordinator for Field Experience and requires an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program.

You will liaise with field sites to establish affiliations, manage onboarding, and track field experience data while supporting residents and site supervisors. The position offers hybrid in-office work four days a week.

Qualifications

• MSW degree from a CSWE-accredited university is required.
• Experience supporting students in a university setting is preferred.
• Ability to manage high-volume activities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for a cohort of students regarding field experience requirements, site search, and applications.
• Coordinate with the Office of Field Experience to assist graduate students needing field experience.
• Establish affiliation agreements with field sites and liaise with university contract administrators.
• Track field experience resources and maintain student and site records across platforms.
• Develop field experience communications to students, faculty, and site supervisors.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• Collaborate on projects to improve service levels and student satisfaction.
• Educate students, site directors, and field instructors about policies and expectations.
