Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in MSP environments
• Deep technical expertise in networking and Microsoft 365

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team within a managed service
• Directly manage a group of engineers and help desk
• Design, build out, and optimize IT systems and infrastructure to support organizational growth
• Serve as the technical lead for networking, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and related technologies
• Perform remote work approximately 80–90% of the time while maintaining strong team engagement
• Collaborate with leadership to cultivate culture, drive business objectives, and develop team capabilities
