CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Business Solutions Manager, MSP & Systems of Record to lead enterprise systems across the mortgage operation. You will set strategic direction, manage core platforms, and align IT with business goals to drive value.

You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, oversee SLAs, and champion compliance while guiding teams through lifecycle programs to support revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business, finance, or related field.
• Leadership experience in mortgage servicing or lending.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects with vendors and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage technical aspects of key systems of record including Core Loan Servicing platforms.
• Partner for solutioning, testing, implementation, and operations of technical systems.
• Lead SLAs, vendor relationships, and lifecycle initiatives for system performance.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to create roadmaps aligned to senior goals.
• Prepare executive updates and ensure documentation for scope, budget, risks, and requirements.
