CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Business Solutions Manager, MSP & Systems of Record to lead the strategy and operation of key enterprise systems used by our mortgage servicing operations. You will guide sourcing, administration and technical performance, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to drive value and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business, finance or related field.
• Leadership experience in mortgage servicing or lending environments.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and service providers.

Responsabilités

• Own and be SME for key operational systems of record including Core Loan Servicing platforms.
• Lead solutioning, testing, implementation and operation of technical systems with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure integration between enterprise apps and vendors; manage SLAs and lifecycle initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to create roadmaps aligned with senior leadership goals.
• Prepare executive updates on solution status and compliance-related activities.
