Job summary

NexTech Professional Services is seeking a Systems Administrator to join the Project Team in Michigan. The role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and implementing IT solutions, with collaboration across cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

You will provide technical support, build and upgrade Windows environments, and manage AD/Azure/Entra, with emphasis on reliability and customer satisfaction in client environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and team.
• Experience with Windows 11/Server and AD/Azure/Entra environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support to clients remotely and on-site.
• Build, migrate, and upgrade Windows server environments.
• Configure and manage firewall and VPN settings; familiarize with FortiGate, Cisco, SonicWALL.
• Maintain documentation of issues and remediation steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure customer loyalty through reliable service and timely resolutions.
