Job summary

ComTec Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Managed Services Administrator to monitor and maintain a complex tech stack, automate routines, and resolve incidents. You will collaborate with on-site teams, liaise with security vendors, and drive improvements in monitoring and SLA adherence.

The role emphasizes Windows Server/AD, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, and PSA/RMM tool familiarity, with on-call duties and ongoing learning in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows Server environments (2016–2025).
• Strong Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services knowledge.
• Experience troubleshooting domain auth, permissions, replication, and related issues.
• Familiarity with Remote Desktop Services and virtualization.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID administration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of hybrid AD/365 environments and endpoint management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal and external managed infrastructures daily.
• Support on-site technical teams behind the scenes.
• Troubleshoot and automate with vendors for software and security solutions.
• Analyze network health and report for managed services clients monthly.
• Improve alerting systems and automate proactive tasks.
• Contribute to SLA targets, case resolutions, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
