Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Account Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for the contingent workforce program, focusing on Tennessee state requirements. This remote, full-time role requires 5–8 years in account management within staffing or recruiting and hands-on VMS familiarity.

Candidates must be able to travel to Nashville as needed and support multiple agencies with a strong client-focus and performance-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of account management experience in staffing or recruiting, within the staffing or services industry, with direct public sector or large-volume accounts.
• Knowledge of engagement types including T&M and SOW projects.
• Broad labor category support (Healthcare/Medical, IT, Professional Services).
• Proven experience with VMS applications and contingent workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery operations for the contingent workforce program within the state, ensuring timely and quality requisition fulfillment for hourly and project work.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders and supplier partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all program matters.
• Provide ongoing client support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Monitor program performance against KPIs and SLAs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide VMS training and assistance to the client and/or suppliers as needed.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and oversee contractor onboarding compliance.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure a robust pipeline for state-specific requirements.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews to clients and partners, showing value and identifying opportunities for program enhancement.
• Identify areas for continual program improvement and process enhancements aligned to program maturity.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the assigned state, including new agencies and expanded service lines.
