Job summary

CAI is seeking a motivated MSP Account Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for the contingent workforce program in Tennessee. This full-time, remote role requires 5–8 years in account management within staffing or recruiting, with public sector or large-volume experience; travel to Nashville may be required.

You will cultivate client and supplier relationships, oversee KPIs and SLAs, provide VMS training, candidate screening, and ongoing program improvement, and pursue new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in account management, staffing, or recruiting, with public sector or large-volume accounts.
• Knowledge of engagement types including Time and Materials (T&M) and Statement of Work (SOW) project delivery.
• Broad labor category support (Healthcare/Medical, IT, Professional Services).
• Prior VMS application experience; hands-on contingent workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery operations for the contingent workforce program within the state, ensuring timely and quality requisition fulfillment for hourly and project work.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client and supplier relationships as the primary point of contact for program matters.
• Provide ongoing client support, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high client satisfaction.
