Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Account Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for the state's contingent workforce program, including hourly and project work. This remote, full-time role requires 5-8 years in account management within staffing or services.

Candidates should be able to travel to Nashville as needed, and sponsorship is not provided. The role emphasizes client relationship management, KPI monitoring, VMS use, and new business development within Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-8 years of account management, staffing, or recruiting in staffing or services.
• Experience with Time & Materials (T&M) and SOW project delivery.
• Broad labor category support (Healthcare/IT/Professional Services).
• VMS application experience.
• Hands-on contingent workforce management experience.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and manage delivery.
• Strong client and partner relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery operations for the contingent workforce program in the state, ensuring timely and quality requisition fulfillment for hourly and project work.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and supplier partners as the primary contact.
• Provide ongoing client support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide VMS training and assistance to client and/or suppliers.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and onboarding oversight.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews to clients and partners.
• Identify areas for continual program improvement and maturity.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the state.
