Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
• Experience delivering clinical navigation in a high-volume environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary navigator for assigned member population.
• Conduct clinical intake assessments for MSK conditions and goals.
• Deliver navigation via telephonic and video-based interactions.
• Maintain high volume of member interactions with empathy and clinical accuracy.
• Support development of virtual physical therapy programs and digital MSK care.
