Job summary

TailorCare is transforming MSK care by guiding patients through personalized, empathetic outreach and enrollment. You will serve as the first point of contact, conducting high-volume outbound calls across phone, SMS, and email to educate and enroll patients in our MSK care navigation program.

This 100% remote role aligns with Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time zones, supports collaboration with care teams, and emphasizes coaching techniques and continuous improvement in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or patient engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn motivational interviewing in patient conversations.
• Ability to manage high call volume with accuracy and empathy.
• Comfort with productivity targets and quality metrics in a tech-enabled environment.
• Ability to use personal performance data to improve performance.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite.
• Open to new technologies and AI-enabled tool usage.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for onsite meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and multichannel outreach to introduce TailorCare and enroll patients.
• Maintain knowledge of MSK program, care pathways, eligibility, and enrollment steps.
• Communicate TailorCare’s value proposition with empathy and clarity.
• Build trust quickly through active listening and compassionate conversations.
• Apply foundational motivational interviewing techniques in patient conversations.
• Address common questions or objections and escalate when needed.
• Represent TailorCare with professionalism and consistency across interactions.
• Document patient interactions accurately in internal systems for care coordination.
• Meet or exceed outreach, engagement, and call quality targets.
• Utilize performance data and coaching feedback for continuous improvement.
• Adapt to new scripts, tools, and workflows with a growth mindset.
• Coordinate patient handoffs with internal care teams.
• Participate in team meetings and standups to foster collaboration.
• Surface insights on trends and barriers for continuous improvement.
