Job summary

Motion MSK seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Care Navigator to triage patients, guide shared decision-making, and ensure access to appropriate MSK care. The role leverages high-touch telephonic engagement and evidence-based education to coordinate care across the healthcare system.

Responsibilities include clinical intake, triage decisions, and ongoing coaching to promote adherence and progression through treatment pathways. Remote work is supported within US time zones.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent and active PT license.
• Experience with orthopedic or musculoskeletal clinical care is required.
• Strong clinical judgement, triage skills, and ability to guide care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical escalation point across MSK care journey and guide triage.
• Perform intake assessments and determine appropriate care pathways.
• Provide ongoing clinical guidance and shared decision-making support to patients.
