Job summary

Conservation Legacy is seeking a Microsoft 365 System Administrator to manage the organization’s cloud tenant, ensure security, and support end users across email, collaboration, and device management. You will work under the Information Technology Manager to implement governance, automate routines, and optimize service delivery.

This role emphasizes strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, identity management, and security best practices, with an opportunity to enhance automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of systems administration experience, including hands-on Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience administering Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender and Azure/Entra identity controls.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, email, endpoint, and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 tenant and related cloud services.
• Configure and support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related services.
• Administer Entra ID, user lifecycle management, licensing, and access controls.
• Support Intune and endpoint management across devices.
• Maintain security controls (MFA, CA, anti-phishing) and data protection policies.
• Develop automation, reporting and governance documentation.
