Job summary

RadNet's Alpha RT division is seeking a Remote Scanning Manager to oversee the remote technologist team, ensuring coverage, throughput, and high-quality output across multiple hubs. The role focuses on operations, real-time issue resolution, and continuous improvement with minimal patient contact.

Responsibilities include end-to-end scheduling, staff coaching, and collaboration with radiologists and facilities.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT(MR) certification or ARMRIT certification with active state licensure where applicable.
• Minimum 7-8 years of progressive experience as an MRI technologist.
• Prior scheduling, workforce operations, or process-improvement experience
• Bachelor’s degree in radiology or related field preferred; formal radiology program completion required.
• Strong proficiency with scheduling/workforce management software (e.g., Lightning Bolt) and RIS/PACS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end scheduling and staffing for the remote technologist team across all Alpha RT hubs.
• Drive measurable, process-level improvements in image quality and workflow.
• Serve as primary operational escalation point to the Director of Operations.
• Coach and develop remote technologists to sustain performance.
• Build and approve schedules across hubs and multiple time zones to ensure coverage.
