RadNet in Naples, FL seeks a Lead MRI Technologist to lead a team delivering high-quality imaging care. You will guide technologists, ensure safety and accuracy, and collaborate with the Imaging Center Manager to meet performance targets.

The role requires ARRT(R) MR certification or ARMRIT, a valid state radiologic license, and BLS. You will operate RIS/PACS and MRI equipment, ensuring top-notch patient care and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) MR certification or ARMRIT is required.
• Current State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback on performance and quality of technologists to the Imaging Center Manager.
• Coach, train, support, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
• Monitor performance during periods and document outcomes for the ICM.
• Coordinate flexible staffing and delegate work across teams as needed.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and RadNet safety protocols.
• Perform technologist duties to maintain skills and address staffing shortages.
• Support the ICM in facility initiatives and projects.
• Contribute to hiring input and performance evaluation of MRI staff.
• Act on behalf of the ICM when the manager is unavailable.
