Job summary

RadNet’s Alpha RT remote MRI division seeks a Remote Scanning Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the remote technologist team, ensuring reliable coverage, throughput, and high-quality output across hubs.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive continuous improvement, coach technologists, and manage real-time issue resolution while maintaining safety and protocol adherence.

Qualifications

• Active ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification and state licensure where applicable.
• 7-8 years of progressive MRI technologist experience.
• Experience in scheduling/workforce operations or process improvement; leadership preferred.
• Familiarity with RIS/PACS and remote scanning workflows.
• BLS/CPR certification; ongoing education per rules.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end scheduling and staffing across all Alpha RT command center hubs.
• Drive measurable, process-level improvement in image quality and workflow across the operation.
• Coordinate cross-hub and cross-shift coverage during PTO, call-outs, or surges.
• Escalate staffing, equipment, or connectivity issues to keep operations running smoothly.
