Qualifications

• Minimum five years of MRI experience required.
• Minimum three years of leadership experience in an acute care hospital preferred.
• Valid ARRT (MR) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day MRI operations and staffing.
• Provide leadership and performance management for MRI staff.
• Develop staffing models and ensure adequate coverage for imaging needs.
• Oversee MRI safety and compliance with regulations.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to optimize imaging protocols.
• Manage departmental compliance and accreditation activities.
