Job summary

RadNet MRI team in Fort Myers, FL seeks an experienced MRI Technologist Supervisor to lead a dedicated imaging group and ensure top-tier patient care. You will direct day-to-day operations, maintain high-quality standards, and collaborate with the Imaging Center Manager to meet clinical goals.

You will coach technologists, monitor performance, participate in hiring decisions, uphold safety protocols, and ensure efficient staffing and workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification required.
• State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
• BLS certification required.
• Familiarity with RIS, imaging equipment and PACS.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain all required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to Imaging Center Manager on technologist performance and quality.
• Coach, train, support and motivate team members.
• Monitor performance during reviews and document findings for ICM.
• Promote flexible staffing and delegate work across teams.
• Adhere to OSHA, RadNet policies and safety protocols.
• Perform technologist duties to maintain skills and cover shortages.
• Support the ICM in facility initiatives.
• Input for hiring and performance evaluation of MRI staff.
• Act on behalf of the ICM when unavailable.
