Job summary

ESR Motor Systems is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to generate new business for our National Division by selling industrial electric motors, drives, gearboxes, and power transmission products to reseller customers across the United States.

You will develop new accounts through outbound calls, video meetings, email, and direct outreach, building relationships and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial sales experience in electric motors or power transmission.
• Proven ability to prospect via outbound calls and emails.
• Strong rapport-building with industrial customers.
• Comfort with remote or independently managed work environments.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new reseller customers through outbound calls, email, video meetings, and other direct outreach.
• Build relationships with qualified prospects and understand their needs.
• Convert prospects into active ESR customers and follow up on quotations.
• Maintain ownership of developed accounts and grow relationships.
• Collaborate with inside sales for order processing and transactional support.
• Maintain CRM/ERP data and occasionally travel to meet customers.
