Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC is seeking a remote Motion Graphics Designer on the West Coast to deliver high‑quality motion graphics and video content for marketing, social, and product experiences. You will manage assets, timelines, and stakeholder feedback across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams, ensuring brand consistency and scalable design systems while maintaining high production standards and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience focused on presentations, templates, documents, or comparable business content.
• Portfolio showing typography, layout, color, hierarchy and overall visual design judgment.
• Hands-on experience designing in presentation, document, and spreadsheet software.
• Experience with template design and scalable design systems.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, video edits for marketing, social, and product content.
• Translate narratives and assets into compelling motion and video experiences.
• Edit raw footage, screen captures, product demos into polished videos.
• Apply transitions, typography, motion effects, sound, color adjustments.
