• 5+ years of motion graphic design experience.
• Proficient in motion graphic design and animation for video, social, and digital platforms.
• Experience with After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong visual storytelling and design sense with attention to timing and pacing.
• Creative problem-solver with an eye for innovation and trends in motion design.
• Effective collaborator and communicator across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate custom motion graphics for videos, bumpers, explainers, social content, and internal communications.
• Develop reusable templates, toolkits, and lower thirds that align with Lifeway’s brand guidelines and can be used across multiple projects.
• Create and/or translate storyboards, concept frames, and design frames to visualize motion sequences and support creative direction.
• Ensure visual consistency, timing, and pacing in animations to enhance audience engagement.
• Export and deliver motion graphics in the appropriate formats for seamless integration into video projects, ensuring compatibility with editing software and platform requirements.
• Collaborate with Video Editors and project stakeholders to ensure motion assets meet technical and creative needs.
• Maintain organized files, version control, and documentation for reusability across teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by exploring new tools, trends, and creative techniques in motion graphic design.
