Job summary

Tandem Theory is a remote-first company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing team and work on high-impact motion graphics campaigns while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

You will conceptualize, design, and animate short-form videos for broadcast, social, and digital placements, and contribute to static assets and print deliverables with a strong craft and creativity focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design and motion graphics experience, preferably agency-side.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Premiere.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Audition; understanding of Figma is a plus.
• Ability to work with light audio editing for projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and animate promotional and brand videos, primarily short-form motion graphics.
• Develop conceptual storyboards and bring them to life with animation.
• Design and build static campaign assets, including digital banners, emails, landing pages, print, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Creative Directors, and fellow designers to meet briefs.
• Stay current on design, motion, and illustration trends; build print-ready mechanicals when needed.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
