Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional motion/graphic design experience in an agency, in-house, or similar collaborative environment.
• Motion graphics and animation experience in After Effects and other animation software.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience designing brand systems, marketing campaigns, and digital assets across digital channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions.

We’re looking for a full-time Motion Graphic Designer who loves bringing ideas to life across mediums — someone equally comfortable designing, illustrating and animating anything from brand identities and social media graphics to informational videos and website graphics.

This is a role for a designer who is curious, thoughtful, and collaborative, and who wants to grow their craft while working on projects that make a real difference.

What You’ll Work On

No two weeks look the same here. Designers at CONNECTIVE work across a wide range of projects, including:

• Bringing identity systems, logo suites, and brand guidelines to life through motion
