Job summary

Bordeaux & Burgundy, a New York–based B2B SaaS marketing firm, seeks a Motion Designer working remotely from Mexico City. The role focuses on motion/video for LinkedIn ads (15–30s) and longer clips (60s+), collaborating with GTM teams to deliver high-impact content.

You will lead the full motion pipeline, from concept to delivery, using After Effects, Figma, and illustration-led animation. Strong English, 3+ years experience, and a portfolio are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a motion design role (freelance, agency, studio, or in-house).
• Proven experience producing short-form ads for LinkedIn/Meta.
• Strong portfolio of motion work for B2B SaaS.
• Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR B2+).

Responsibilities

• Act as dedicated motion resource for high-volume B2B SaaS accounts.
• Create LinkedIn ads and longer form videos optimized for performance.
• Design and animate motion graphics and screen-capture walkthroughs.
• Edit raw footage to on-brand, GTM-aligned content.
