Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a design-focused motion/visual designer with 4+ years of experience to lead engaging campaigns from concept to execution. The role emphasizes 2D/3D motion work, typography, and a strong portfolio across paid and organic social.

Based in Mexico City, this on-site position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, building storyboards, and staying ahead of AI-powered design trends. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

Have a minimum of 4 years industry experience collaborating with teams and working independently.
Have a passion for and familiarity with digital advertising & content, particularly paid & organic social.
Have a strong portfolio filled with engaging, attention grabbing design, motion design, and campaign work.
Be well organized and a great collaborator.
Knowledge of typography, design, animation, and motion graphics.
Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Suite primarily After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator (knowledge of Indesign and/or Premiere is a plus).
Hold quality of work to a high standard across all clients and projects.
Work with team members to build out storyboards and decks for all types of projects.
Proven experience with AI motion tools and image generation, demonstrating the ability to create dynamic visuals and animations through advanced technological solutions.

Responsibilities

Create 2D/3D motion graphics and concept development.
Iterate creative assets based on KPI data and performance insights.
Integrate learnings into the creative development process.
Maintain high-quality output across multiple clients and projects.
Develop concepts for modular content, long form, brand activations, and 360 campaigns.
Collaborate to build storyboards and decks for projects.
Pursue growth and challenge teammates and self.
Adopt new creative trends, tools, and platforms.
Communicate progress and bandwidth to project leadership.
Propose inventive, non-traditional visual solutions.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Art Directors on progress.
