You will manage project execution from initiation to stabilization, ensuring compliance and efficiency in servicing operations. The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in system implementations and extensive knowledge of mortgage servicing workflows. A Bachelor’s degree and PMP Certification are preferred. This role offers remote work flexibility with a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience managing system implementations, conversions, or vendor integrations.
• 3+ years in the mortgage servicing industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project management for implementation of system enhancements or conversions.
• Analyze and validate business requirements for system configuration.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Facilitate project and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide executive updates on implementation progress.
• Ensure defined procedures and training materials are in place.
