Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
• Assist borrowers with loan, escrow, and payment inquiries.
• Explain consumer rights and regulatory information as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations in the call center database.
• Process ACH payments and review borrower accounts using the Black Knight platform.
• Make outbound Welcome calls to MLS customers and address initial questions.
