Job summary

Lennar Mortgage is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to monitor and interpret federal, state, and agency rules, guiding policy changes and ensuring TILA compliance. The role supports development of policies, audits, and licensing readiness within a fast-paced mortgage environment.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in mortgage regulatory compliance, NMLS familiarity, and strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Remote work options supported.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of mortgage regulatory compliance and investor guideline experience.
• Familiarity with NMLS licensing requirements, rules and procedures.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and FrontPage experience required.
• Detailed professional with strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a proven team player with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor federal, state and agency rules to provide compliance guidance for changes.
• Maintain knowledge of company services, policies and procedures.
• Assist in developing and implementing written policies and procedures.
• Assist in compliance monitoring and audits/regulatory examinations/licensing/QA.
• Assist in marketing/advertising review for TILA compliance.
• Interact with associates and handle multiple interrelated projects.
