Qualifications

• BA or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mortgage regulatory compliance and investor guideline experience.
• Familiarity with NMLS licensing requirements, rules and procedures.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and FrontPage experience required.
• Detailed professional with strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing multitasking skills.
• Organizational skills required; meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
• Be a proven team player that can work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Effectively monitor federal, state and agency rules and regulations in order to provide compliance guidance for implementation of changes as required.
• Obtain and maintain knowledge of Company services, policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of written policies and procedures.
• Assist in conducting compliance monitoring and preparation for federal and/or state audits, regulatory examinations, licensing requirements and quality assurance review.
• Assist in marketing/advertising review to ensure compliance with TILA regulations.
• Possess advanced problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently on multiple interrelated and non-related projects.
• Interact with Company associates.
• Performs additional duties as required.

This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of mortgage regulatory compliance and investor guideline experience.
