Lender Toolkit is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our mortgage software tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure high-quality delivery.

You will own roadmaps, gather requirements, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and lead Agile ceremonies. Experience with Encompass integrations and AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of product experience in mortgage software or tech.
• Ability to analyze issues and propose durable solutions.
