Job summary

Red Ventures is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator for Sage Home Loans, a remote opportunity for candidates in Missouri. You will engage with clients by phone and email, qualify customers, and guide them through loan options from prequalification to closing.

You’ll build trust, manage a robust pipeline, and work with Operations to deliver a seamless borrower experience. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, inbound discussions on loan products, and meeting conversion targets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of mortgage sales experience with a proven track record of performance and client trust.
• NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator with hands-on experience in originating a wide range of loan products.
• Full understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products and their unique benefits to clients.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate new business and strengthen retention.
• Monitor and actively manage a pipeline of leads and loans to meet conversion goals and cycle time targets.
• Own the client experience from first conversation through closing, coordinating with Operations and Processing teams.
