This remote mortgage loan originator role supports MO residents, handling inbound inquiries and proactive outreach to grow a strong client base.

You will partner with Operations and Processing teams, manage a robust pipeline, and strive to exceed service expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years mortgage sales experience with a proven track record
• NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator with hands-on experience
• Familiar with FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products and benefits
• Solid understanding of consumer lending regulations including RESPA and TILA
• Strong phone sales skills with ability to guide clients through the loan process

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to discuss loan products, prequalification criteria, and next steps
• Communicate loan progress clearly to clients and collect required documents
• Make outbound calls to generate new business and strengthen retention
• Manage a pipeline of leads and loans to meet conversion goals and targets
