Job summary

Sage Home Loans, a part of Red Ventures, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to guide clients through prequalification and financing options on the Sage Home Loans platform. You’ll engage with prospective and current clients via phone and email, building trust and clear guidance throughout the loan process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage sales experience with proven performance and client trust.
• NMLS license with hands-on origination experience across loan products.
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional products.
• Understanding of fair lending, privacy, RESPA, and TILA regulations.
• Excellent phone sales skills and ability to guide clients through loan process.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building across internal teams and external clients.
• Growth mindset and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to discuss loan products, prequalification criteria, and next steps.
• Communicate loan progress clearly to consumers and collect required documentation.
• Make outbound sales calls to generate new business and strengthen retention.
• Monitor and manage a pipeline of leads and loans to meet goals and cycle times.
