Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Loan Origination and Loans, with experience guiding borrowers from application through closing.
• Proficiency in Mortgages and Finance, including understanding of various loan products, interest rates, and affordability calculations.
• Familiarity with Underwriting principles and documentation requirements to prepare complete and compliant loan files.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible terms.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple applications and deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Comfort using mortgage software, CRM systems, and digital tools for document collection and pipeline management.
• Relevant licensing and registration as required by state and federal regulations (e.g., active NMLS registration).
• Prior experience in mortgage sales, loan origination, or a related financial services role is strongly preferred.
