• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple applications and deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Comfort using mortgage software, CRM systems, and digital tools for document collection and pipeline management.
• Relevant licensing and registration as required by state and federal regulations (e.g., active NMLS registration).
• Prior experience in mortgage sales, loan origination, or a related financial services role is strongly preferred.

Role Description

The Loan Originator is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding borrowers through the mortgage process from initial inquiry to closing. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with prospective clients to understand their financial goals, collecting and reviewing documentation, and recommending appropriate loan products.
