Job summary

Truly Investor Capital, a division of Oaktree Funding Corp., is seeking a Remote Loan Processor specialized in business purpose lending. You will manage loan files from signed term sheet to funding, handling DSCR, LTV, ARV, and rent rolls with precision and urgency.

Responsibilities include reviewing files, ordering appraisals and title work, preparing underwriting packages, and coordinating closings with title agents and borrowers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in private/non-QM/commercial mortgage or investment loan processing.
• Ability to review borrower, asset, and title documentation for gaps.
• Proactive issue resolution to avoid delays.
• Proficient with LOS and MS Office and email tools.

Responsibilities

• Review files for completeness before underwriting.
• Calculate DSCR, LTV, ARV; verify budgets and rent rolls.
• Order and track vendor deliverables (appraisals, title, inspections, insurance, credit).
• Prepare loan packages for underwriting and clear conditions quickly.
• Coordinate closings; verify due diligence and wire instructions.
• Provide daily pipeline updates and flag delays early.
• Ensure adherence to investor and regulatory guidelines.
