Job summary

Silt Capital is seeking a Loan Processor for Business-Purpose Lending. You will own files from signed term sheet to funding, reviewing documents, ordering appraisals, title, and insurance, and clearing conditions for closing.

You’ll drive a transparent, software-driven workflow and maintain borrowers and account executives informed throughout the process. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in processing business-purpose, DSCR, hard-money, or conventional investment-property loans, with a knack for

Qualifications

• Manage a pipeline of DSCR, bridge, and construction loans.
• Collect and review entity docs, leases, bank statements, and budgets.
• Order appraisals, title, and insurance — and chase them to delivery.
• Clear underwriting conditions and package files for closing.
• Keep every file's status current in the platform.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized file set through closing.
• Coordinate with appraisers, title, and insurers to meet timelines.
• Keep borrowers and account executives informed of progress.
• Escalate issues to ensure timely funding.
