The Loan Officer role focuses on converting leads and managing a high-velocity pipeline of buyers and agents, delivering a top-tier mortgage experience powered by an industry-leading support team.

You will originate agency conforming, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans, quote rates, and collaborate across teams to navigate underwriting challenges while leveraging

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience originating mortgages including FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and non-conforming loans.
• Expert knowledge of Desktop Underwriter (DU) and purchase mortgages.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong phone sales skills.
• Strong time-management and project-management skills.
• Sales mindset with growth drive.
• NMLS licensed in at least one of the listed states.

Responsabilités

• Convert leads and increase share of wallet with agent partners and customers.
• Manage pipeline of homebuyers and agents with high service and responsiveness.
