Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Conduct client needs assessment.

• Manage the loan origination process.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners.
• Identify and develop revenue models, sales channels, pricing, and new mortgage product development strategies.
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships, including financial arrangements and customer sharing.
• Prioritize and track investments across new mortgage product development initiatives.
• May be responsible for project managing/integrating new business ideas and/or acquisitions.
• Other duties as assigned.
