Job summary

Alliant Credit Union is seeking a Loan Processor to act as the primary contact for borrowers and lending teams on the loan application process. The role involves analyzing credit, pulling reports, and coordinating documentation while delivering quality customer service.

Responsibilities include appointment setting, updating credit reports, and tracking loan progress. Remote work up to 3 days per week is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of mortgage or mortgage lending experience required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for borrowers and other loan application parties.
• Assist in appointment setting with prospective and new applicants.
• Analyze credit and financial scenarios to determine suitable loan products under supervision.
• Run credit on assigned loans and pull/prep web applications and credit reports.
• Provide support in collecting and submitting loan applications with documentation.
• Monitor important dates in loan transactions and respond accordingly.
• Maintain communication with customers and referral partners to ensure follow-up and high-quality service.
• Manage assigned database and track active loans.

Education
