Qualifications

• Three years of directly related full-time mortgage industry experience (FHA, VA, conventional).
• Five years of experience in the financial services industry (accounting, lending, finance).

Responsibilities

• Develops and cultivates new business relationships through proactive business development efforts.
• Cross-sell banking products and refer clients to internal partners as needed.
• Establishes relationships with mortgage and title companies, contractors, builders, appraisers, and real estate professionals.
• Conducts borrower interviews and guides applicants through the loan process from application to closing.
• Evaluates needs and recommends lending solutions, including terms and rates.
• Reviews credit reports and underwriting findings to support sound lending decisions.
