Job summary

CCFBank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to guide borrowers through the home loan process, develop new business, and build relationships with real estate professionals in the Hudson market.

You will assess creditworthiness, explain loan options, collect documents, and coordinate with partners to ensure a smooth closing while complying with lending regulations and bank policies. This is a full-time role with a focus on client service and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of directly related full-time experience in the mortgage industry (FHA, VA, conventional, etc.).
• Five (5) years of experience in the financial services industry (accounting, lending, finance).

Responsibilities

• Develops and cultivates new business relationships through proactive business development efforts.
• Identifies opportunities to expand customer relationships by cross-selling banking products and services and referring clients to appropriate internal partners as needed.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with mortgage and title companies, contractors, builders, appraisers, real estate agents and other professionals.
• Conducts comprehensive interviews with borrowers to gather financial information and guide them through the loan application process.
• Evaluates needs and recommends lending solutions, including loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
